An important part of Westhouse’s vision is to develop the Constanta North area, with the Oasis project initiating the first step in this exciting plan. We work closely with the local community and the authorities to ensure a coherent and strong project basis.
The company intends to deliver 500 apartments from 2008, increasing this figure by 100% each year thereafter. Westhouse is also currently planning projects which include office and retail developments.
Oasis, located on the Siutghiol Lake, will comprise more than 300 apartments, with construction starting in 4Q07 and several development phases. This, the largest of the first three projects, will include a large green area, featuring a children’s playground, pool, boathouses and great landscaping. This will wrap around the “intelligent house” concept to create the lifestyle which Westhouse’s customers appreciate.
Central apartments are an ideal location for those seeking their first contemporary home, with a small community created around its courtyard. Central will feature a safe children’s playground and integrated car parking, all located in a discreet area with easy access to commercial and public transportation facilities. Westhouse designed 89 apartments apartment building in this central location.
Corallia Residence, with some 34 exclusive apartments, will be integrated within the lively Mamaia beach resort, with a central location enhanced by green spaces and facilities for residents. It has been designed to contribute to Mamaia’s vibrant atmosphere but also to provide a lead in quality as the resort moves upscale.
