Westhouse Group was established in 2005 and has over time built up a significant land bank in Romania with a strategic focus on the Constanta region.

Westhouse Group owns over 1 million square meters of land in Romania, and has well established partnerships with the most experienced real estate, development and design professionals in Romania.
In August 2007 the Company established its Marketing and Sales department with the purpose of creating a bespoke and well recognized brand and to ensure that the Company's projects are unique in Romania.
In September 2007 the Company's official launch took place at The JW Marriott Hotel with extensive local media coverage.
The beginning of 2008 is very exciting for Westhouse Group as we are establishing many new partnerships and alliances within construction and finishing fields and starting a solid ethical policy program to create development sustainability and environmental friendliness.
