Payment Methods

Considering the targeted clients (Constanta residents) we offer several adequate options. Some of the payment options allow you a discount.

  • Reservation fee 3,500 EUR+VAT
  • Pre-Contract: Deposit (paid by individual) 25 %
  • Structure completed 20%
  • Indoor work completed 30%
  • Hand over 25%

Option 2

  • Reservation fee 3,500 EUR+VAT
  • Precontract 25 %
  • Hand over 75%
