Westhouse Group presented the Oasis Residences project at the Luxury Show

The visitors were shown Oasis's interior concept, the space being arranged as a modern and stylish living room, with a special visitors' welcome area, also simulating the apartment's outside view.

"The Oasis concept is a special one, meant to offer maximum comfort and relaxation to those who wish to leave here. We have thought of all the aspects that could positively please you and offer pleasure to life while you are home. The "product" of our efforts is the Oasis residential project which we are proud to present to all of those who wish to seek a new and improved lifestyle", said Nicoleta Radu, Commercial Business Director of Westhouse Group.

Oasis Residences is placed on a development-wise high potential area in Constanta, on the shore of Lake Siutghiol, offering a unique view but also a generous dock for those who wish to navigate on the lake or practice water sports. In this sense, the Westhouse booth was places right next to the yacht area to better show the project's facilities to the boat fans.

Returning to the project, the inhabitants will have a great number of facilities, including a tennis court, a pool, spa centre and lots of jogging space. The project was built to satisfy the daily needs, through a children playground or a restaurant.

An essential Oasis facility is the Building Management System or BMS that intelligently manages individual electricity consumption, climate control and security. Westhouse Group is one of the first developers to use such a system in the Romanian residential projects. The apartments also benefit from floor heating in kitchens and bathrooms, wind protection during the winter time and fire protection.

Recently, the company has selected Colliers International as a partner in promoting and selling this project. The project will be finalised in Q4 2009.
