Westhouse Group started off the workings at Oasis Residences

Westhouse Group has launched today its first residential project - Oasis Residences, located in the Northern side of Constanta, on the border of Siutghiol Lake, as a result of the starting off of the construction workings on this project. The workings are scheduled to be finished by December 2009.

Oasis Residences expands on 27,100 square meters, while more than 8,000 square metres are to be used for green spaces for leisure, children's playground, a tennis court, a specially designed walking area by the lake, decks and boathouses. The project also includes a restaurant, a spa center and 2 swimming pools. All these were planned in order to offer to the lodgers the benefits of a relaxing life, in a perfect combination between the surrounding nature and the modern facilities of the project.

The residential complex consists of 10 buildings, on one of the following stuctures: basement + ground floor + 5/ 7 or 10 floors, that will comprise 409 apartments, as following: studios, 1 bed flats, 2 bed flats and penthouses. These come along with 415 parking spaces, both bellow and above ground.

The apartments will have between 48 and 180 square meters built area, in accordance with the number of rooms and the surface of the afferent terraces. The selling prices start from 56.600 EUR for a studio, 97.300 EUR for a 1 bed flat, 101.000 EUR for a 2 bed flat and 276.000 EUR for a penthouse. The prices do not include VAT and may vary depending on the surface of the apartment, the building's orientation towards the lake, the area it is located in inside the complex, and also on the finishings chosen by the logders.

On the other hand, Oasis Residences has a very important facility in what concerns the management of the area: the Building Management System (BMS). The most important features offered by BMS are: the intelligent adjusment of energy and heat consumption, the efficient lightning management of common spaces, security management. The apartments also have electric heating system for both the floor, the bathrooms and the kitchens.


Due to its dimensions and facilities, Oasis Residences aims to become more than a residential complex, to influence the development of the entire local area. Moreover, the area where Oasis is being built is in a full expansion and will benefit of important investments, both from private investors and from the local authorities, who plan to develop the nautical area and to built a lacustrine little town on the Siutghiol Lake.


While developing this residential project, Westhouse Group worked together with important partners such as Formation Architects form London and architects from AluDesign, PCMG Northbridge - for the project management, Rotary Construct - the bulding company, Colliers International as the exclusive agent to deal with the selling transactions of the apartments.
